How We Started
Young Services was founded by Leigh Royal Kerwin in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, with a straightforward observation: most technology implementation firms lead with products, not with understanding. They sell solutions before they understand the problem. Leigh, who had spent over a decade leading infrastructure projects for organisations ranging from regional healthcare networks to national logistics operators, recognised that the gap between what clients needed and what they were being sold was not a technology gap. It was a listening gap.
Young Services was built to close that gap. The firm operates on a single premise: the quality of the solution is directly proportional to the depth of the understanding that precedes it. Every engagement, whether a two-week assessment or a twelve-month infrastructure transformation, begins with structured discovery work that treats the client's operational context as the primary design input. This approach has produced consistently better outcomes than the product-first alternatives that dominate the industry.
Today, Young Services serves clients across multiple sectors including healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and professional services. We maintain deep relationships with a curated set of technology partners while remaining structurally independent, which allows us to recommend the best solution for each client without platform bias. Our team of engineers and consultants operates primarily in the central and western United States, with remote monitoring and advisory capabilities extending nationwide.
